Book How to Be Better at Almost Everything: Learn Anything Quickly, Stack Your Skills, Dominate Review :

I bought this book after someone I admire recommended it for having no fluff. I was a little disappointed in it after the glowing recommendation. The main takeaways for me was to go to bed early and get up early so you can focus on the things you actually want to do and not waste time doing mindless activities. Which is obviously good advice but not groundbreaking.
For one, the cover of the book grabs your attention, I mean who does not want to "Learn anything quickly, Stack your skills, or Dominate" and it's bright GREEN! Have you ever been hung up or in a rut? Let Pat guide you to a path of new ideas and principles that will enhance your appetite for wanting to be better "At (almost) everything". He teaches you that through repetition and resistance and with a little practice each day, you can learn new skills. These skills may be the ones that hold you up or have been eating you alive all of your life. What I really enjoy and still reading up on is "skill stacking". I was always taught you need to be great at one thing. Pat has hit the nail on the head with skill stacking. Pick up a book, as it won't break the bank and the value you get out of it is way more than it is being sold for. That is what I love about Pat...he always gives exceptional value. I purchased 3 books as I will be looking forward to see who I can bless with a copy. So, maybe you might consider the same, pick up a few copies. Let's get society out of the rut, one copy of "How to be better at (Almost) Everything" at a time.
